Not friendly for aged customer. Every floor have to use staircase to reach. The hotel lobby was located at 1st floor. Shower water pressure was very slow.
MYMYWater pressure was excellent. Prayer mat was provided.
We were surprised to find out that there no lifts despite the 4 level buildings. There is also lipstick smudge on one of the cups provided. Despite we stayed there for 3 nights; no top ups of amenities like coffee sachets, bottled water, tissues, toiletteries etc were offered. Even wifi password was not informed by the receptionist during checking in. Since the rooms were not sound proof either you can expect lots of noises both during the days & nights.
