Nothing I liked about these people because they dumped me on the day of my booking already traveling from Eastern Cape to Durban imagine, only for them to contact me and querying me about the payments that booking.com failed to debit on my account but I told them I am coming but they just changed prices over the phone, from R1 720.00 for 2 nights to R6 000 per night, sies I am so disappointed in them, yes they have beautiful place that I can't take away from them, but they must not be taken by greed because if they will always do like this, they will have a bad reviews every now and then. Thank you nothing else Sbu and your Boss you did me dirty

This place is an absolute disaster and a complete waste of time. After booking well in advance through the app and receiving a confirmation email, I arrived only to be told without warning that my booking had been cancelled. This was after I had already contacted the host beforehand and was reassured that everything was confirmed. Their system, communication, and basic competence are clearly nonexistent. The staff were shockingly incompetent and completely unhelpful. No effort was made to fix their mistake. Instead, I was forced to contact the host myself, who seemed just as clueless and unaware of their own room availability. No alternative accommodation was offered. Instead, I was shamelessly pushed toward an absurdly overpriced room, the same room they had just claimed was "unavailable". The dishonesty and disorganization was unbelievable. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. The staff and host have no idea how to run a property. I was left stranded with my luggage, stressed, inconvenienced, and furious due to their complete negligence and lack of accountability. There was zero professionalism and zero care for guests. I would strongly warn anyone to stay far away from this place. To top it all off, the photos online are blatantly false advertising. The property looks nothing like what’s advertised, its run-down, unpleasant, and honestly shocking in person. Avoid this place at all costs.

No towels No soap Toilet stink and the bathroom smells very dirty with spiders web and d fugus cold water the room bedding dirty the room it self smell like terrible smelling work boots the yard seems like it haven’t been swept for ages

The place needs a little TLC, and the water was cold
