"This establishment have zero regard for customer care"

The staff was not helpful and the opening and closing of the gate was a nightmare since there is no remote given to clients. There is no contact phone line available on sight for clients and contact number reflected online doesn’t work as it was always off. The staff was not willing to help at all. There was no iron boards and no alternative provided.

The location where the house is is amazing There’s peace

As a regular client,there’s been a downgrade in managing the property. Toilet papers weren’t in the room when we checked in,there wasn’t any soap,there wasn’t a set of tea utensils or even anything to make tea or coffe. As a guest you expect to find all those things prior to check in
