"Has so much potential but the staff treat guests like they are doing them a favour"

It’s modern aesthetics and clean

There were no towels provided and the sliding doors don’t lock. The showers have curtains so the water ends up on the floor. One of the lamps had no globe and the staff are uninterested. The sheets were stained as well
