Nothing not to like

Sin duda la situación tan estratégica que tiene. Lo tiene todo cerca. Piso muy limpio, frigorífico grande, cocina perfecta (aunque no la usamos) WIFI, aires acondicionados en todas las habitaciones y salón. Dos ascensores. Televisión por cable.

Limpieza de la ventana del salón. Desagües tragaban regular. Calle ruidosa, pero soportable.

Walking distance to all the attractions . The location was great.

Very noisy at night with people screaming and a car horn at 4am in the morning… didn’t have one good nights sleep the 4 nights we stayed there. Apartment was clean and the beds were clean …although the beds were not comfortable and terrible pillows and towels were paper thin.

La ubicación excelente; el tamaño y diseño del piso; los servicios con los que contaba.

El suelo del plato del ducha resbalaba y no había asidero. Los sofás necesitan limpieza

Place has no character, it needs pictures on those bare walls , A wall clock would be great . The duvet cover was torn . My friend woke up during the night, tried to open the door , the door handle came off and she was trapped; in the event of a fire this could have had deadly consequences. On inspection the door handle was fixed using two screws instead of six , I would say all the other door handles should be inspected . It took her a few minutes to get out of the room . Why did we have to pay a cleaning fee? That's out of order and unacceptable.

The location of the apartment is great. It is in 5 minutes walking to the central square of Porto. Plenty of restorants and small shops around. Closest metro station is 5 mins, buses are just at the exit of the building, Porto train station is in 10-15 min of relax walking. Main attractions of the Porto old city all are around. The apartment is clean and tidy. It is equipped with almost everything you may need for several days of staying. The bedrooms are big with comfortable bed and linens. There are enough wardrobes and hangers in the rooms. Check-in and check-out are seamless and simple. The support team is easily achievable during working hours and very responsive. They help us a lot when we had a electricity supply breakdown because of the melted old style fuse.

The apartment is not well soundproofed. The street is alive even at nights and its noise is quite disturbing. Clothes washing and drying equipment was missing. We stayed there 8 nights and this was a certain issue. The support team works strictly from 09:00 to 17:00. They clearly declare this in the description therefore one needs to pay attention yo this. You can not get any help outside of the defined time.
