Everything was tidy clean orderly. The location was amazing. Support from the host about questions were good. Overall 100% recommend it.

Great apartment, two bathrooms. Comfortable beds

Was not able to sleep, on a very busy road and exceptionally noisy at night, motorbikes, shouting and screaming for nearby pubs which stopped around 4am

The host was very helpful, meeting us at the property and provided much useful information to make our stay in Porto good. The apartment was well located and easy to get to many parts of Porto. The apartment was very secure.

The apartment could have been cleaned a bit better. The provision of crockery, especially glasses was totally inadequate and given the cost of the apartment, could be better equipped. the towels were also very thin and the quality could be improved on. I don't think the people who book and are prepared to pay a premium for the accommodation will walk off with the towels or with nice drinking glasses.

Location was great. Nice Balcony. Bathrooms were good size and nice looking. I hurt my ankle and management was very helpful in assisting with advice.

Shutters to access balcony were frozen shut 3/4 way down and we could not access balcony. Also the TV did not work at all even after messaging management for help.
