Location

Unit 6. No curtains or blinds so street light lights up the room which has no door. Drain in shower semi blocked so you stand in water up to you ankles when showering. Wifi intermittent and staff keep just sending you the passwords over and over as a solution as if to say you do not know how to use it. I could get reception from building a block away (Colibri) but not Casa Maria's from inside the kitchen.

"Bad communication, no WiFi, but otherwise comfortable."

The building is nice, the style is fun. The room was pleasant and comfortable. The cleaning lady was incredibly nice and prioritized my room so I could check in early.

WiFi was non existent. The kitchen was lacking a lot of things. No utinsels, I ate my breakfast using a plastic measuring spoon. Communication was exceptionally poor. I tried to contact the host for two full days before arrival to ask about early check in, and only got a response two hours before I was set to show up. I messaged through booking, WhatsApp, text and ever tried calling them all with no response. Later, I messaged about the WiFi as the network doesn't exist, and I never got any reply at all.

We did not stay. Room description was for a king. Said there were no rooms left, and offered us a twin, on my wife's birthday. Very disappointed in Casa Maria!
