The location to the Malecon, restaurants and shops was great

Our room was dirty, the couch was nasty, we had a rodent or something eat through a shopping bag, bugs on the counter, rock hard display pillows on the bed as sleeping pillows, safe didn’t work, fridge was broken, used a small fridge that leaked water everywhere and upon checkin they wanted passport info which we didn’t end up sharing but they insisted.

Muy cómodo, limpio, buena ubicación y el anfitrión muy amable.

Excellent service. Javier picked me up at the airport and pointed out spots of interest, restaurants, grocery stores etc. appreciated that immensely.

Lo cerca al malecon

No tenían agua caliente ... y quería usar una plancha pero no me dijeron que estaba en área común... y cuando fui a buscar a alguien del hotel para ver si me podían prestar una plancha no había nadie ... mande WhatsApp y me respondieron 3 hrs después cuando ya me había puesto la ropa arrugada

The location was amazing

We booked 2 rooms for a total of 5 people. When we got there, there were only 2 beds. There was a futon in one of the rooms, but it had no sheets or pillows. Javier told us to look in s bin in the kitchen, which didnt have any sheets either. When I informed Javier of this, he proceeded to never answer me for the rest of my stay. Also, in the larger room, the bathroom door is made out if glass and so is the shower so there is no form of privacy. Finally, we got the instructions for check in very late in the day. I had to request the check in information myself because he still had not sent them by the time we were on our way to the place.

que hice la reserva en ese rato debido a quela que teniamos no estaba disponible y no batalle para conseguir y nos recibieran, sumale que el cuarto amplio y a media cuadra del malecon fue excelente
