reservation for 3 people, bedding for only 2 people. Had to ask staff for sheets to make the bed on the couch. Bathroom has glass window, kinda weird.

Det framgick inte av bokningssidan att det inte fanns någon reception eller personal på plats. Vi bokade på kvällen från en restaurang med wifi och åkte sedan direkt till "hotellet". Ingen där och stängt. Vi hade inte fått några instruktioner och hade inte internet. Bara tack vare en vän kunde vi ringa boendets telefon från gatan och få instruktioner om ett nyckelskåp. Är mer som ett AirB. Dåligt att inte tydligt berätta detta. Vi hade tur att rummet låg längst ner för det fanns ingen hiss och info om detta saknades också.

Close to Malecon, hosts brought some food around when PVC was closed down due to cartel violence , usually host responded promptly when emailed, Good sized clean bathroom ., relatively quiet

I think there were some nicer units …we were on #6 …wasn’t quite what I was expecting….felt quite small and congested…Some Items in kitchen old and need replacing…2 burner stove needs unplugging when not in use as knob not working properly…coat hangers so cheap they slid off the PVC pipe which was the only place to hang clothes… no room for suitcases except under the sink ..you need to request anything you need including towels. Get instructions on how to use the various remotes for fans , AC, lights and hot water taps. If getting a ride to the airport from host confirm the price ahead of time

Location was excellent, in old Puerto Vallarta, one block from the Malecon and Playa Camarones, with access to lots of services, stores and restaurants. It was also very quiet despite being so close to the ‘action’ of the Malecon. There was a shared, reasonably well equipped kitchen and an attractive rooftop terrace. The room was spacious (#3 King Suite) with an extremely comfortable king size bed. The decor was colourful and inviting, as shown in photos. Bathroom was functional with a good hot shower. However, the toilet was in a very small space, which would have been difficult for a large person. Although we only met the host once, he was responsive and accommodating by text. Room was particularly good value for money.
