The location was excellent and the room clean. Staff was attentive and the manager Javier made sure we were comfortable.

Bathroom was a little small but manageable.

Our room was very noisy because of the air conditioners.

The location is perfect, right at the beginning of the Malecon (just around the corner). The entry is really nice and even though you can hear the music from Senor Frogs on the corner, it lulled you to sleep instead of keeping you up. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nclean. We were provided the option to be picked up from our previous destination which worked out great and received great tips on where to eat and local massages.

On the website the rooms were amazing. I was even allowed to peek into a room they were cleaning- beautiful. The room we got was definately different and on the very very top of the hotel- lots of small stairs. But the actual bedroom was cute, no window but very comfortable. When taking a shower be sure to check both faucets for the hot water (not marked) the first day I didn't think they had hot water! but it ended up being backwards- glad I checked. Not a game changer, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be back, I'll just ensure we get a different room next time if available. :) There was a breakfast? I was not informed nor aware that there was a breakfast available.... bummer. But we found the restaurant across the street was delicious and very affordable. No regrets.
