Hotel Millwright

The hotel and grounds were so great for us and our dog. The room size was generous, and I appreciated that the HVAC noise was low!

Only small thing was that coffee at breakfast was off - had an odd taste, but the food was great!

Beds and breakfast are great! We tried to eat dinner there. We waited 5 minutes or so for someone to show up to the Indigo Room to seat us. There was no one in sight so we left. The room was very nice, but it smelled so musty I should have asked to trade rooms. We will try again because, overall, we do like it there.

Excellant from start to finish! Love the old Mill decor, spotless clean, great spacious comfy rooms and bed, good food! Unique!!!

It is a unique place in its history and design. The room was comfortable, though a little noisy. There was only one menu item available for dinner.

Location is great, walkable to everything. Lots of shops and restaurants on site.

The rooms aren't sound proof. We could hear the man from upstairs snoring.

Property is exceptional. Awesome decor featuring the history of the woven mill aspects of its’ past. Rooms are quiet, well laid out, and have easy access. Restaurant on site has superb menu selections and the food we had for breakfast was totally delish. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic place to stay.

Very convenient and unique place to stay while in Amana. Very clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Only downside is that it can be noisy in the rooms. Original room (103) was conveniently located by an outside door, but had to ask to be moved because we could hear everything being said in the room next door. This room is near the event area also and I was told it can get very loud if there is a wedding, etc. Thankfully hotel wasn't full, and staff was very accommodating, so got moved to another room that was better. Old historic building with many original items from the woolen mill. No continental breakfast, but great food at the restaurant in the hotel and good bakery and other restaurants in town. Would definitely stay here again.
