Hotel Millwright

Husband & I loved spacious, clean room w/lovely view of Mill Race. Very much appreciated mini-fridge & microwave! Staff very friendly, professional & helpful, including: Melissa (front desk at check-in), Kenzie at breakfast in restaurant, Austin bartender in evening. Beautiful lobby; loved sitting-room areas. Did NOT like lack of luggage carts (only 4 for 65 rooms??!!). Parking was ample, but way too far to walk for some individuals to get to their rooms. No concierge, bell captain or person stationed at doors to assist w/luggage and offer directions/answer questions. Signage was practically non-existent! We had a little map of property lay-out, but after checking in the first day, we walked around and around looking for "Door A" to get to our rooms. This was extremely frustrating and problematic!

Across the road from the Millstream Brewery, this immaculate conversion hotel preserves the wonder and importance of its original purpose. Great location. Our second stay, and we will return to enjoy more of this beautiful place.

The location was great. Loved the historic nature of the Hotel. The dinner was delicious.
