We did stay at the hotel during a IOWA reunion event. I found the hotel well kept, and maintained. It was conveniently located next to the event center. The room was spotless clean, and quiet.

"Do not plan to relax and sleep"

The walls are paper thin lots of neighbor noise, to the point we left at 4AM on the second night morning we were miserable. Sleeping was impossible.

We stay at this hotel on our way to our cabin in Colorado every summer. We like staying in the Amana Colony. The hotel is unique, comfortable and historically interesting. Also very reasonably priced. We like it very much.

Beautiful refurbished mill. Decor, detail and cleanliness! Has a work out area. Bar and restaurant everything you need in a cool setting. Highly recommend.
