Scotland Neck Inn

Strong smell of marijuana smoke the entire time we were there. Lobby, and hallways.

It was clean, only 1 night coming into the nearby town. Restaurants Were near

Small town, newer property, friendly staff

Stay away from this hole. It’s not a hotel. It’s housing. There’s kids constantly running up and down the hallways being loud because they live there and they have nowhere to play. Also the town is a run down fart on the road to Turdville.

Clean,safe and friendly. Laminate floors appeared new which gave a cleaner appearance. But would have gladly paid more for a better mattress and coffee in the room. Did not sleep well due to mattress and air not cooling well. Needs to consider upgrading the rooms and charging more since there is no other option locally.

For the price Scotland Neck Inn will do but if you want to get good rest, this isn't the place. The walls are EXTREMELY thin so be prepared to hear everything your neighbors are up to. I couldnt sleep for 2 of the 3 nights I was there. The pillows are really small and the mattress is laughable. It was very clean (smells of lysol throughout hallways) and priced well. With some upgrades to fix the sound and better pillows and mattresses this place could really be a nice stop through.
