Staff were great and assisted with every inquiry we had made. Booking to fransipan and bus to sapa. Massage was brilliant. Hotel is on a hill, easy to get down with a helping hand. It's very steep to get back up. Town was amazing with all the lights at night.

Bed was a bit hard. Breakfast could have had more European choices but was ok. Pool was cold.

The staff was so happy, and the hotel rooms, prices, and kindness were the best. I traveled to Sapa with my mom and it was so nice!! Best!! I will visit again next month. I will go hiking pansipan mountain this time.

It was a pity that the piano was a little old. There was no inconvenience other than that.

Staff were really friendly and very helpful. Good English too. Rooms were spacious and clean. 2 nice sized beds for me and my 2 children.

Location is on a very steep hill and very narrow. Quite scary walking up and down when cars are trying to get past.
