Friendly staff, helpful. The room was good and clean. We took Mountain View big one for a family. Breakfast was good and nice pool to spend some spare time .

Slightly noisy in the morning

Khách sạn nằm gần trung tâm, di chuyển thuận tiện. Phòng ốc rộng rãi, Nhân viên nhiệt, tình thân thiện, hỗ trợ đại gia đình em check in sớm vì có nhiều trẻ em. Đồ ăn sáng tại khách sạn rất ngon và sạch sẽ ( phở gà, bò rất ngon) . Sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp đến sapa lần nữa ạ!

Breakfast had a good selection. Room and bathroom was nice

Bed was pretty hard. Air conditioner was not cold even when put down to 16. Fridge was slightly cool. Mentioned it first night but nothing changed. Being at the top of a hill was hard even though a short distance to town. Pool was dirty.

Lovely hotel just a 5-minute walk from the center of Sapa. The rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean – truly a pleasure to stay in. Breakfast was delicious, especially the pho and the fresh fruit. But what made the biggest impression was the incredibly kind and attentive staff. Everyone greets you with a smile and a friendly word – from the housekeeping staff to the lovely ladies preparing breakfast each morning. A special thank you to Moon at the reception, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful in arranging everything to make our stay unforgettable. What amazing service! A warm and welcoming family hotel – highly recommended!

the staff and especially Moon were incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive. Moon assists in every issue early check in when we arrived in 6:00 AM from Hanoi, organise a tour and was kind for all quesstions we asked/

There were too many cockroaches in the room. I must've killed 50 of them, and when I brought it up to the hotel, they acted as if it didn't bother them. Hair in the bedsheets, rats running around breakfast area. It was a terrible hotel, we cut our vacation short because of the hotel.
