My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and the costumer service was excellent. (Hen and Hong) were very helpful with everything that you might need.Hotel is located in Sapa town. room was clean, good hot water. Hotel is located up in the hills so be prepare to hike up. Lake and mountain view were amazing in our room. Thank you Sapa Passion Hotel for our amazing stay.

Location was great. Breakfast okay. Staff exceptional - so friendly and helpful. Bedroom had a great view and was spacious and clean

The beds were extremely hard and the pool could do with a very good scrub and some maintenance

The Passion Sapa hotel is located close to town centre , an easy walk to most the things tourists want to do A comfortable room with a view over the town to the lake The staff speak good English , especially Hàng at the front desk . She is also a very good masseuse and lovely welcoming person We were the only westerners but felt very welcome James Byron bay Aust
