Sapa Passion Hotel & Spa

The room was really nice. The employees are kinds.

The swimming pool which is clearly abandoned and very cold. Don’t chose this hotel for the swimming pool and don’t trust the pictures which are not récent at all

The rooms are nice

The swimming pool is really not nice and not at all as displayed on the pictures.

The hotel is located well. On a hill down to the Sapa center. The rooms are big and the staff is friendly. You even get offered a free foot bath.

The room was very dirty. When we moved the bed a bit, there was so much trash underneath. The bathroom has mould. Also an alarm goes off when you do not properly close the door. So on our floor many people did that at night so we woke up multiple times.

Very nice place to stay and friendly staff.

There's an uphill from city center to hotel (shortcut route)

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I had made a mistake and double booked a room. Hang was very helpful and arranged a refund for the unused room. I was there after after a trek on Mt Fansipan. They were able to do same-day laundry and an early check-in. Thank you

Lovely hotel at a good location, just about 10 minutes walk to Sun Plaza. My family stayed there for two nights and we really enjoyed our stay. Staff are very helpful and the lady from the reception helped us buy the tickets for Fancipan. My special thanks go to Mr. Neil who helped me along with the bus tickets and airport transfers at very reasonable prices for both Hanoi and Sapa. Fully recommand this Sapa Passion Hotel and love to come again .

Hotel had great views. room was large and clean.

hotel was at the top of a large slippery hill, which was not stated in the hotels literature. staff were NOT knowledgable about the area. Breakfast didnt cater for western diet.
