Was visiting to play the local Seaton Carew Golf Club, so was an ideal base. We used the room for sleeping and getting changed. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water for showering. For the price you couldn't ask for anything more.

Nothing, it is a budget accommodation but is more than acceptable.

"Great place to stay for a short break"

Close to all amenities and the beach. Parking at the property. Good size room and bed comfortable. Extra bits and pieces for drinks etc if we needed them. Very friendly owner.

Towels smelt a bit musty but nothings awful and they were clean.

Parking area at the front of the building. Twin room with TV and en suite shower and toilet. Hand basin separate. Beds comfortable. Room very clean. No breakfast provided. But, kettle and beverages provided in room. A separate microwave and fridge is provided in the entrance hall area with extra beverages. Friendly owner who offers tips and advice for places to visit and eat. My advice is try 'The Hidden Tap' small restaurant on the beach road. Fabulous Fish and chips. And cheaper than the take away next door.
