"A fabulous comfortable place to stay with everything you need . I highly recommend"

This is a wonderful place to stay. Lovely room with comfortable beds and everything you need. Guests have their own entrance with use of microwave, fridge , crockery if needed . Very close to beach and local amenities in Seaton Carew.

"Great location, easy parking."

Location was excellent just minutes walk to Seaton Carew seafront. Free parking at the property. Comfy bed. The tea and coffee tray was well stocked even had biscuits.

The furnishings, towels and bed linen were old and dated. The wardrobe door handle came off in my hand.

Chris and Janet were lovely and very helpful. Room was clean and well maintained.

Ironing board was small and unusable. Took ages for the shower to run hot.

A very comfortable stay.. Guess have use of microwave / fridge , and there is extra coffee/ tea / sugar etc accessible if you need it . Home from home , excellent place to stay
