I was staying here whilst visiting family and was very happy with what I found. A lovely welcome from the owner who was very informative. Rooms were comfortable and more importantly clean. Thank you so much for a great stay

This is a little gem. Lovely comfortable place to stay with everything you need. Nicely decorated with added touches. Highly recommended.

The location is superb and the hosts are very welcoming with smiling face. We were very comfortable in the room. Everything was provided well...kettle, coffee/tea sachets with milk in abundance. Good toiletries and clean towels. Central heating was on that made the room very pleasant and cosy. Parking is available and all amenities and shops are just at walking distance. It has 'sea view' just 3 mins walk away, with halal food restaurant available and beautiful sitting places.

Very homely place, lovely and clean with all the facilities I needed.

The house and accommodation were magnificent. Beds super comfy plus in the entrance hallway of the house there were things like plates and cutlery for guest to use in there room and a location for your used plates. Also there were extra tea/coffee down there as well as a guest fridge in same hallway obviously based on trust if you choose to use it but very good for people who may have to keep.medication cool. It really was a wonderfull place to stay only few minute walk to Seaton Carew beach and all its facilites with wonderful chip shops etc etc. 10 minutes in a taxi to basically anywhere in Hartlepool. Excellent 10 out 10 from myself and my cousin.

Mattress was at the end of its life, was like sleeping in a celery stick. Was changed immediately. No questions with fresh sheets and the bed made. Great service. Small room but the price is amazing. No frills. microwave and fridge in the main lobby to heat and store food. Has plates, trays, cutlery as well as spare ancillaries (soap, etc) and the plates are left to be cleaned by the B&B. Amazing.
