The staff was very friendly, check in was smooth and easy with the keycodes being sent to me in advance. It felt like a bit of a walk from the train station with all our bags because the train dropped us south of the tracks, but on our way back it's a straight shot down the street to the Portela train station (easy peasy). It's a bit of a walk into town, but also really easy. Good restaurants nearby and a little grocery store like a minute away. It was perfect for our two night stay in Sintra.

Very nice and clean. The bathrooms as well are clean and there were no queues.

It’s a shame there were no coffee capsules or tea bags, even though there is a coffee machine and a kettle in the kitchen. Also it was a bit noisy from the outside in the morning, but that’s ok
