Staff were lovely

As soon as you walk in, you can smell cigarette smoke, it was not clean ( apart from bed sheets ), mattress has seen better days was so uncomfortable I hardly slept, no kettle despite it saying in description, tv didn't work. No mirror to get ready.

The owners were very welcoming and friendly! Honestly couldn't ask for a friendlier face to greet us! The location was fantastic and the room was quite comfortable :)

Although the location is great, it was very busy and loud, a lot of noise and commotion outside, however that is not the owners' fault! The initial email after booking states that you shouldn't expect a lot out of the hotel for the price, however I wish some more detail was paid to cleaning, as there was hair everywhere. Though I have no doubts amenities were cleaned, sanitised, and taken care of, there was a lot that could do with some more attention to detail.

The owner is so kind and bubbly, rooms are clean and comfy.

Not sure never got there ! The Guest House cancelled two days before we were due to stay

The fact it had bed bugs ! Give the Guest House there dues they were honest bout there infestation ! But no help in finding another accommodation and no compensation, but did get our money back from Booking. Com . We have cancelled all future stays at this accommodation

The family room size is great. The showers were hot, and they had a good range of tv programmes, meaning that the kids had plenty to watch.
