That i am having to wait 14days for my refund, and as I had to find alternative accommodation at TWICE THE PRICE and all your offering is upto £17.01??

"Terrible customer service"

Nothing the hotel cancelled our stay and we did not receive a refund the hotel customer service is terrible and booking.com don't care and won't refund this hotel has done the same to alot of people they are scamming people out of their money

The hotel cancelled our stay saying they were ill and we never got a refund we have proof but never got a refund the hotel is scamming people out of money
