Everything. So comfortable, nicely designed, all the little touches like biscuits and sweets as well as all the things you could want to live well. So quiet also there and the hosts couldn’t have been better and more helpful. Will definitely be back.

Everything we needed was available and Jenni phoned to ask if we were ok.

The stairs were a little difficult because of our age and we would have preferred single beds.

"Our favorite place to stay while visiting Frinton - all the way from the States! Love it."

This location and accomodation is perfect for a visit to Frinton. The host, Jenni, is responsive and so kind. Bed is comfy, space is roomy, area is quiet, there is plenty of lighting selection and everything works. The towel warmers in bathroom are great! This was our second stay and when we return we would be happy to stay at Frinton Escapes again.

Just need to adjust the toilet so that it seems more sturdy.
