La Maison d'Eté Hotel by NEWMARK

C'était la 1ère fois à Maurice pour moi et mon conjoint et cela fut parfait, que ce soit grâce aux services de l'hôtel, son emplacement proche de la mer mais surtout par la gentillesse de son équipe. Le personnel était aux petits soins que ce soit à la réception ou au restaurant (notamment Roy et Nitin). Le cadre était propice au repos, ce que nous recherchions pour notre semaine chez eux.

La Wi-Fi ne marchait pas toujours bien mais si nous sommes en vacances c'est aussi pour se déconnecter !

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel for one week and honestly could not find a single negative thing to say. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely comfortable and very well taken care of. Our room with sea view was beautiful and made our stay even more special. Housekeeping was excellent - the room was serviced twice a day, tidied and cleaned every morning with fresh towels, and in the evenings the bed was always prepared beautifully for the night. After a few days, the bed linen was also changed, which we really appreciated. What stood out the most throughout our stay was the exceptional friendliness of the entire staff. Everyone in the hotel was incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming, and the hospitality was truly outstanding. We felt genuinely cared for at all times. The entire property is very well maintained, spotless, and beautifully kept. The food was also excellent: breakfast was always fresh, delicious, and varied, and we also had dinner at the restaurant several times, which was consistently very, very good. Another highlight for us was the range of complimentary water activities, such as snorkeling, stand-up paddleboarding, and kayaking, which we really enjoyed and thought was a fantastic addition. To top it all off, the hotel even offered us a late check-out on their own initiative. Since our departure was only in the evening, they kindly provided us with another room where we could store our luggage, shower, and freshen up before leaving. We found this incredibly thoughtful and it made the end of our stay so much more comfortable. All in all, it was a truly fantastic stay, and we would return at any time without hesitation. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

If we can say anything negative it would only be the WiFi which has a pretty unstable signal… But this may also be good for a digital detox!

Was mir nicht gefallen hat: Service teils fast übermäßig aufmerksam (häufiges Nachfragen beim Essen) – Gewöhnungssache, aber für manche etwas zu viel

Zauberhafte Unterkunft mit sehr schönen und sauberen Zimmer. Super freundliches Personal. Tolles a la Carte Frühstück.

Für Familien mit Kleinkindern ist es eventuell nicht so gut geeignet, weil es dort viele kleine „Abhänge“ gibt.

Un accueil et une qualité de service extra

La Maison d'Été est un petit bout de paradis, cela grâce à Nitin, Roy, Agnès et toutes les autres personnes que nous avons croisé durant notre séjour et qui mériteraient d'être là 5ieme étoile de cet hôtel.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux à l’île Maurice. Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison, entourés d’une équipe aux petits soins, à la fois discrète, attentionnée et sincèrement accueillante. L’hôtel est un véritable havre de paix, confidentiel, niché dans une partie plus sauvage et préservée de l’île, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus unique. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe d’avoir contribué avec tant de délicatesse à rendre nos fiançailles inoubliables. Tout était parfait, sans jamais être trop présent, mais toujours juste. Que rêver de mieux ? Nous repartons avec des souvenirs précieux et l’envie certaine de revenir.

All the rooms have a perfect ocean view. The staff is great, the food also very good. Every evening they bought us local chocolate and asked if we need some new towels, even they were already changed at cleanup. I celebrated my birthday there and i had a susprise from the staff at the dinner.

The Wi-fi has some problems sometimes and covers only the rooms and pools area. If you are a little bit out of this area you don't have Wi-fi internet.
