Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura a Orvieto e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. È molto curata, pulita e arredata con grande gusto in stile moderno/industrial, dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. La signora Laura, che ci ha accolti in struttura, è stata gentilissima, molto disponibile e cortese, facendoci sentire subito i benvenuti. La cucina è attrezzata con tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno, perfetta anche per un soggiorno lungo. Abbiamo gradito molto la presenza della macchina del caffè e delle capsule, che ci hanno permesso di preparare un buon caffè al mattino. La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e arredata con gusto. Anche il bagno era molto funzionale, con una doccia comoda e ampia. La posizione è ottima per visitare Orvieto e il parcheggio privato è sicuramente un grande valore aggiunto, soprattutto per chi arriva in auto. L’ambiente è accogliente, tranquillo e ben organizzato. Consigliamo assolutamente questa struttura a chi cerca un alloggio comodo, elegante e funzionale. Esperienza molto positiva, ci torneremmo volentieri!

Top ratings from our side (location, comfort, cleanliness). It met our expectations! Great value for money! On top of it, the host, Laura, was very welcoming and helpful! Strongly recommended!

It is not something that we did not like, just a warning to those who will come by car: expect narrow streets and challenging turns, but doable with due caution :)

Un gioiellino nascosto nel cuore di Orvieto. Una struttura in pieno centro storico, ottima per visitare la città e soprattutto curata nei minimi particolari. Camera confortevole arredata con gusto, bello l'angolino esterno e apprezzata la possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina.

Beautiful and clean property, nice location, on-grounds parking.

When we were not in our room, it was cleaned before we checked out. The property owner apologized for this. I'd recommend future guests to keep an eye out for such privacy matters.
