Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Die Lage war sensationell, an einem ruhigen Ort und trotzdem inmitten Orvieto, ganz in der Nähe des Zentrums. Die Parkmöglichkeit war auch genial, ein abgeschlossener Hof für das Fahrzeug steht zur Verfügung.

The location is great and staff are the best. They go out of there way to help make your stay a good experience. I highly recommend.

Nice kitchen facilities. Short walk to destinations. The greeting dog was an added bonus as well as the performance music in evenings from the apartment next door.

The weekend substitute who checked us in just before dinner time did not explain things well or let us know we would need reservations for his recommended eating locations.

Loved the property. It was our 2nd place to stay in Orvieto and was my favorite place. Super clean. Updated look. In the shared space there was coffee and tea. We did not cook nor use the fridge but everything was there you needed. Shower had hot water with good water pressure. The owner met us and gave us a great welcome instructions including places to eat. There was 1 other couple staying in the room next door but we did not hear them at all. The outdoor alcove is a perfect place to sit and drink wine - very private and delightful place.
