Don't be distracted by the name - there is nothing really of industrial design or chic - it is rather eclectic design but cute and the place is very comfortable. Two guest rooms have doors from the common very large kitchen/dining/lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped and is available for use by the guests. Fantastic location right inside the old town with gated private parking . Cozy patio area outside in the large courtyard. Cheerful and helpful host.

The shower in our room (Route 66) apparently was missing broken glass door which resulted in a lot of water splashing out of the rather smaller shower onto the bathroom floor. Needs fixing.

Ottima struttura situata in zona tranquilla e a pochi passi dal Centro della splendida Orvieto. Le camere e gli spazi comuni sono piacevoli e arredati con gusto e praticità, il tutto nella massima pulizia. Valore aggiunto il parcheggio privato per chi arriva in auto. Un plauso alle persone che gestiscono la struttura, accoglienti e disponibili !

By far the nicest apartment we have stayed at in Italy. We loved how nicely appointed the apartment was with lots of new appliances. Great bathrooms. The private courtyard was a nice place to relax. The parking was in the main courtyard at the property. We loved Biscoto!

We only stayed one night but loved everything about Industrial Chic House. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Orvieto, and private parking is a bonus. Laura was an amazing host. She is friendly, helpful, and you can tell she takes pride in providing amazing accommodation. The apartment was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Highly recommend!
