Ocean Escape Condos

Not much tbh. We spent most of every day out of the room because it was so run down compared to what we are used to

The property doesn’t look like the pictures. The amenities are not well maintained. The area did not g feel safe at all. The room had holes in the walls and there was a funny smell in the elevator

Check-in was easy to navigate. The added amenities (Waterpark and pools) were great as well. The condo does look like the pictures and is updated nicely, however cleanness is another topic. I found hair strands on my bed sheets and the beds lay on metal frames. At night, it does get noisy and kinda of an unsafe area to walk around in (liquor store is on the first floor). Ocean view is blocked by a Days Inn from across the street.

The bathroom mirrors [touch control] were awesome! Excellent AC system!

The toilet seats did not fit correctly [too small], so your leg got pinched if you were not careful. Master shower had a sewer odor. There were not enough blankets for 6 people. Only 1 of the 2 ice cube trays were not cracked. No ice or food vending machines on the property. Expected to be on the beach but was a block away - beach view vs beach front. Only 2 patio chairs for 6 people.

The room was very spacious! It's nice that the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on opposite sides of apartment. Location is directly on strip so looks a little sketchy but we were fine. Balcony access from Living room and main bedroom in nice!

Being on the strip, it is loud. You can hear everything out the balcony door down on the strip. Also the AC vent in main bedroom was noisy. Smaller bedroom has NO dresser or closet. It is a small room but there is room for a small dresser, could be placed directly under large TV in room. The curtains in the small bedroom do NOT block out the outside walkway light at all. Looks like daytime in the room at 2am. Need to make curtains bigger, possibly blackout ones and figure a way to attach them down to wall. Or just add blinds/shade to the window, then they could be closed, that would make the most sense. Waterpark was closed Sunday since it had been storming out, so we went to the indoor pool area and indoor lazy river was closed and looked dirty. We were told by other guests, it was open and fine on Friday but it would have been nice if we could've enjoyed all the amenities.

The beds were comfortably but they need upgraded
