Clean, comfortable, easy walk to areas of interest.

Host was not on site although available via WhatsApp. We were expecting a more traditional hotel experience.

- The location was the best part, everything was close. - It was clean and we had a balcony which was really nice to sit and relax. - The host offered us coffee many times and gave us recommendations upon arrival.

- Horrible check-in experience. We requested a late check-in when making the booking and provided our estimated arrival time and we also followed up by message in April, well before our stay in June, to make sure everything was arranged. The host confirmed that this would not be a problem. However, on the night of our flight, after we sent our boarding passes, the host informed us that he did not understand our arrival time and that check-in would not be available when we arrived. His communication was rude and unhelpful. The host’s tone and messages made us uncomfortable, and as we were already boarding our flight, we were worried about losing our accommodation entirely. We therefore responded politely with “we didn’t understand” and tried to de-escalate the situation, despite having previously communicated our arrival time and received confirmation that a late check-in would be possible. As we were already boarding our flight, we had to urgently find alternative accommodation for the night. This resulted in an unexpected additional cost of €128 for a hotel room. Screenshots of our messages and requests have been provided. - The bed in our room was really uncomfortable. It was 2 single beds pushed together and at night you would slip into the the space between.. We couldn’t sleep well at all.

Die Lage ist super: Alles kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Es gibt zwar Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür, aber wir haben das empfohlene Parkhaus genutzt und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Matratze war sehr bequem, wir haben richtig gut geschlafen. In der Unterkunft ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Gastgeber Danilo ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert und hat uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Airconditioning was great, beds were very comfortable, balkony was nice and we had high ceiling in the room. Most of all the host Danilo was really nice 👍🏼
