Everything is lovely about the apartment, Good location, very clean, spacious and good value for money.

None, just that my plans changed and I tried to get 1hour late checkout but was denied by the operator, I believe they can do better, 1-hour late checkout out is not a big ask, it was due to circumstances that led to that.

Location

Apartment was not ready for check-in, needed to wait 2 hours for the staff to clean it. Service client was nice, but it did not change the discomfort we had and the strong sense of negligence.
