HITrental Seefeld - Kreuzstrasse Apartments

We really enjoyed our stay in Zurich! The apartment was in a great location - about a 20 minute walk from the main areas. It was nice to have our own kitchen area and there was a Coop Grocery just up the street for cheap meals! The beds were very comfortable and the shower had very hot water! We liked having a living room and TV to wind down at night too. Overall an awesome stay!

If I had to find something to complain about I would say not being able to check-in early or drop off our bags on site. But, this is something we totally understood and did not take away from our experience.

If the appt can take 6-8 persons, an additional toilet would have been great. Having a single bath is fine though.

The apartment was clean and covered the basics. We had a double bed in one room and two doubles in the second. Location was okay in a quiet neighbourhood. The heating worked well and kitchen functional. The lift was great for luggage

The beds were average and pillows poor. I had to fold mine over to gain any height and there were no extras. They need replacing. The bathroom door struggled to close which wasn't great with 6 ppl using it for the only shower/sink/toilet. The biggest issue was the unsafe windows in the lounge room. There are radiators directly underneath and can be climbed and windows easily opened - accessing the outside of the third floor. They should be lockable to prevent an accidental fall. Without these it is currently unfit for families of small children. There were instructions emailed out indicating tram 4 to the stop on the street but this was incorrect and the result was a much longer walk with cases than if we had used Google maps.

Price was kinda crazy for what you get but it was new years eve and its zurich so…

Appartamento in una posizione ottima, comoda ai principali servizi e al centro di Zurigo. Letto comodo, divano letto funzionale e cucina con tutto il necessario per effettuare pasti in casa. Frigo capiente.

L’assenza del parcheggio, fa si che tu debba usufruire del parcheggio sotterraneo in centro che letteralmente ti spenna (50 euro al giorno) e l’apparato non ha delle convenzioni o la possibilità di pagare un fisso giornaliero. La doccia bisogna stare molto attenti perché c’è uno scalino che se bagnato fa andare direttamente l’acqua dentro al bagno.
