"Superb location"

The location of the apartment was perfect. It was in walking distance to the workplace I was supporting. For those seeking a more tourist experience it is in the heart of the Old Town with historic buildings and cobbled streets. It is two minutes from the busy Grassmarket with the adjacent iconic colourful Victoria Street. It has a great view of the back of Edinburgh Castle. The apartment is small and was well suited to one-person, or possibly two if sharing a double bed. The person managing the property was highly responsive and attentive. The decor was simple but modern. There is a small well-equipped kitchen and lots of nearby food options including a supermarket and many cafe's/restaurants.

The bathroom needs renovated and there's some maintenance issues that the property manager advised they would be happy to discuss with the owner with a view to addressing these. I'd advise this as an apartment for warmer months.

Great location to everywhere

Small double size and poor mattress(thin and hard). Insufficient lighting esp for ladies to do her make up .

The location was great . The view out the windows was wonderful .

The TV didn’t work. The washer/dryer did not dry the clothes, the wall heater didn’t work. There was not enough toilet paper for our stay. Some of the dishes were dirty in the cupboard .

"Great location and caretaker ( David), but not comfortable for long term."

Great location.

Run down. Broken heating system, had to use a space heater and it was never fixed in the 3 weeks we were there. Broken toilet seat and missing shower curtain which were all fixed by David. Dirty rug. No where to sit except a desk and two kitchen chairs at a bar in the kitchen.

This appartment has it all. Nicely situated in the heart of the old city. Everything you can imagine in walking distance. Breakfast right across the street. One in a million view on Edinburgh castle right from your window. The appartment is very clean, cosey, all conveniences are there. The appartment building is an oasis of quietness amidst a busy city. At the current pricing, this place is your very best option for staying in beautiful Edinburgh.
