Great location. Unit was clean well equipped and clean.

Few maintenance issues. Instructions for access could be better.instructions for use of facilities could be better.

Location. It was really close to everything. The room itself is spacious, a nice kitchen It seemed cleaned. Communication with the owners was excellent. The view is great!

You can hear everything from your neighbours. The bed was uncomfortable, pillows very thin. The kitchen is nice but with a tiny fridge???? I go for an apartment to have the possibility to cook. What can i store in that tiny fridge??? The curtain from the bathroom keeps falling all the time. There were holes in the sheets, which i find it unacceptable, and some stains also. (I have photos.). The apartment is "tired" and you can see it everywhere. It's very expensive for what they offer. Next time for that money i will choose definitely something else.

The room was rather dated and not well maintained. It's a huge disappointment given the good location of the property. I was not looking for a luxury apartment and it wouldn't take much cost and effort to make it an excellent stay. Bathroom: Mold was found on the rim of the bath tub upon check-in. Kitchen: Those cheap non-scratch pots and pans all had burnt marks and scratches, so I dared not use them. The tap in the kitchen was dripping and I had to report it to the property manager, and closed the kitchen door so that I didn't hear the dripping sound when I slept. The timer dial on the microwave did not have clear marker, so I have to do a guess when using it. Even the wall clock was not working. The room: It was pretty spacious as expected from the description but there was practically no storage furniture like drawers and cabinets. The height adjustment handle of the only chair in the room was broken/did not work. Not sure if the smoke detector was working fine as it was just dubiously put on top of a fixture on the wall. The wallpaper in the room was starting to peel off, and the bedding was old and felt rough to the skin. Communication: It would have been great if clear directions of travelling from Edinburgh Waverley station were given so that I didn't need to drag my luggage up and down the hill through the old town according to Google Map. And I must say having been requested to dispose recyclable materials by myself upon check-out was unexpected and it might pose great inconvenience to some travellers. It would only be fair to have stated this requirement in the description for one to consider before booking.

very humid room - even with constant ventilation, the windows were dripping wet & accompanied with a smell and mould on the windows. bed is passable, sheets could be upgraded

The apartment has the most amazing views to start the day. Comfortable,clean and a well stocked kitchen. A comfy bed and plenty of space. 24/7 customer support made our experience unique. A 2 minute walk to local bars and restaurants made our trip easy and relaxing.

Everything was wonderful

The view is insane! It’s just so beautiful. The location is also perfect, near Grassmarket, across Armchairs bookshop, Sainsbury’s Local (2min), and the bus stop across the street. Great bathroom and kitchen.

A little bit too old fashioned, the bedding could be better, and no drying rack.
