No clean towels had to go out to look for a wash house washers did not work and I had to buy tissue one burner on the stove worked no one came to take out the garbage the vents were dirty in the air condition my husband and I had to go out to look for meds

No one ever cleaned or checked the room. I would have to ask for tissue and cleaning supplies. People sit outside and smoke all night. People sleep in the back or nod off due to being on substance. One of the workers was very helpful and accommodated all my needs and concerns however the manger was very rude and disrespectful. Tv didn’t work. Hotel smelled of mold. My toilet over fold and I would have to adjusted the toilet handle after every use. I would have to keep my AC on so the room didn’t smell like mold. A lot of families live here so the kids would be loud which was the least of my problems. Overall for the pay and location it was ok again this is home to a lot of families which I thought a hotel was a temporary stay.

What I didn’t like is that man at the front Dess was very nice and helpful. That location was great. You can get in and out to the 95 in no time and closer to the ball park.

The place need a whole new makeover to brighten up the rooms and her environment. The carpet is fairy fairy old and a place had an older smell. The towels was a lot dingy, even though they were clean. Even though it’s a weekly suite, they do not provide any cooking utensils or pots and pans cups spoons you have to bring your own which I had to go over to Walmart and buy some.
