Very good location. Rooms are very basic but ok.

Extremely basic, would only stay for two nights max.

Very helpful staff.

Front steel gates were locked at night.

Super comfortable bed and bathroom, air conditioner very silent, Staff impecable. The location is amazing

When i arrived, they told me that my room’s air condition is not working so they walked me to another hostel which was not clean, the room was super dark with no windows, i refused to stay there after an hour of going back and fort they took me to another hostel which the rooms were only $20 per night but since my original rooms through booking.com was $60 per night , the new place charged me $60 per night , it looked like they shared the profit among st them, it seemed like not only that San Francisco hostel did not provide me a room they made money on me too.

Super disappointed with the way i got treated, they did not provide me wt a room and took 2 hours to get me in another hostel and

It was easy access and quite nice location

The staff don't understand about booking discounts so that make it a bit difficult

Shower wasn't working, rude staff

no water in shower, staff not acomodating

Like any other cheap hostal in Galapagos, can't expect a clean and tidy place.
