Pooooor client service. I showed up. They had my reservation but no room. But they did give me a sticky note with the phone number of another hotel. So that was awesome.

Great place for business travelers. Had the pleasure of enjoying the bistro for dinner. Nice selection of drinks and entrees. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere will stay here when in town. Like the proximity to downtown St. Pete and the beach.
