"Cocktail hour"

Stopped in here recently and had such a great experience I had to leave a review. The atmosphere was relaxed but still felt elevated. Our bartender Connor was friendly and made the best drinks. If you’re looking for a place with great service, put them on your list.

"Casual Cocktail"

I went to Mulberry Street Tavern for a cocktail, and it was absolutely wonderful. The bartender Connor made a great dirty martini and was not only extremely kind, but also very quick. I will definitely be returning!

Wow! Byredo products! Connor and Amanda! Delicious Meatloaf! 5 stars! Seriously very good experience. Honestly I was blown away by the quality of this hotel and the staff. Connor and Amanda were amazing and the food was amazing.

"Always an amazing experience"

I travel to this hotel regularly and spent large portion of this year staying at Surety. It has become a home away from home. The rooms are fantastic, but most importantly the staff is welcoming and extremely accommodating. I want to extend my special things to Brooklyn and Sean for always making me feel welcome. They go out of their way to make every stay special. Thank you so much for making work travel a pleasant experience.

"Nice Rooms but stay for the Food!"

Our stay at The Surety did not start well. The parking and traffic configuration is complicated. With so much construction in the downtown area, it is difficult to get around and to find the hotels designated, remote parking area. The hotel lobby is very soothing with high ceilings, numerous seating areas and a pool table. However, a wedding going on the night we were there, with pulsating reverberations made the lobby almost uninhabitable. So what saved this hotel and earned it a 4* rating? The Restaurant! The food was very good, even interesting and the service was superb! How nice to check into a hotel after a long days traveling and not to have to leave for a good meal. Well done!
