"An absolutely excellent place, it just needs some extra/thicker bed covers and better lounge."

The apartment was very, very clean. It had great cooking, eating facilities and bathrooms. I would choose it again

The reason I didn't give top score for comfort and bed comfort was because there was only 1 thin doona on the bed and no extra blankets in the main bedroom. It was cold in Canberra (-3 degrees on Wednesday night) and although, I had taken a knee rug from home and added it to the bed, I woke up cold. Also, the lounge was a bit lumpy.

"Great location"

Location was great. Having two bathrooms was also good for a family.

Bed was broken to the point you slid off the edge. Bad sleep. Was told they would investigate. Have heard nothing, despite sending them a message. Paid a lot of money to sleep in a broken bed.

"Excellent"

We had a good stay at the Flounders Lane Apartment. The only downside to our stay would be the lack of comfortable seating for a family of 4. There is only one small 3 seater couch, so one of us always had to sit on the floor or in a dinning table chair. I would also recommend watching the parking instruction video before you park.

"Simple apartment with few frills. Close to restaurants and cafes."

It was modern. Good bathroom.

Carpet was smelly and poor ventilation in the apartment in general. The check in and communication process was not easy. Be specific when you book bed configurations, you need to book this with the company not booking.com. Our teenagers ended up having to share a double bed despite us booking twin single beds as advertised on booking.com.
