Very clean and in a great location.

Very confusing car park different lifts for different parts of the building but no signage , ended up stuck in the wrong lift with no way to get out

Floor mats in living space were very dirty and stained, spots on the longe suite, great location

Parking very tight (got a ding on the passenger door thanks to a careless neighbour), door access clumsy

"Cosy well appointed unit close to Glebe Park, City and Lake."

Distance between carpark and unit for moving luggage etc. extractor fans connected Ensuite bathroom fan didn't work Other bathroom fan was noisy and light couldn't be operated individually

"I reccomend this apartment."

Amazing apartment. Everything was available, even tea and coffee. It was really easy to access, and a parking place was close to the apartment. This is a very good place if someone wants to be close to the Canberra city centre. And a beautiful tree in front of the door.

Property was in great location and good for families

Check in was a little tricky. Someone opened the door for me so I didn’t put the code in which meant I got stuck in the left. ( it wasn’t mentioned that the code activated the lift ) it wasn’t a pleasant experience. My partner couldn’t find the keys once he got in the lift for a while and the description to the car spit basement was confusing. A more simple check in process would have made the stay a lot more pleasant
