Founders Lane Apartments by Urban Rest

Large, airy living area. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, cooktop, microwave and Coffee maker. Secure underground parking. Scrupulously clean. Proximity to Canberra Centre. Good WiFi.

Shower in Master ensuite bathroom had a glass half wall that failed to contain shower spray. Results - very wet bathmat. Confusing light/fan configuration shared by main bathroom/ensuite.

To obtain the keys/swipe cards was very difficult. Originally we had to put in number into keypad but apparently the key pad on the apartment did not work and someone had to meet us to hand over the key and show us how to get into the apartment using an actual key. Found it frustrating having to do everything by email originally without having to speak to an actual person. The actual apartment was excellent - just the checking in was very annoying and very technically driven to mature people!

Fabulous apartment in a great location

Inventory - couldn’t find the iron 🤣😂 Shower design with half glass panel meant it was very difficult to shower without getting the bathroom floor wet.

Entry to apartment building was difficult to find and directions lengthy and complicated. Exterior keypad to apartment building is sticky and takes multiple attempts to enter code.

The accommodation was great and the allocated secure parking was a bonus. We did have trouble finding our allocated car park at first but a kind man helped us with directions. The apartment had everything we needed and it was good to have an outdoor area to sit. Definitely recommend this apartment to others.
