Founders Lane Apartments by Urban Rest

The Founders Lane apartment was in a great location in the city. It was very clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and the apartment complex was very quiet.

It was close to the city centre which was handy.

The property had at least 7 or 8 maintenance issues which we advised management about. The property was also not clean and the bed was uncomfortable. Additionally we were on the ground floor and close to a main road so it was loud at times. We also heard drunk passers by who were loud.

Location

The staff were quick and efficient with email responses. We were coming from rural and remote so some of the intricacies of staying in a city we were not familiar with, the staff stepped us through everything. Within a 5 minute walk probably 50-75 different food options!

The room had some small minor damages, we emailed and staff identified it would be noted and fixed asap and that we were not accountable.

Location

1. We got a text that the person we were meeting had an emergency and couldn't meet us and details of how to find the key. 2. Issues with the remote to the lift from the car park. If we had disabilities, we would have been stuck in the basement. 3. No instructions on how to use the Smeg appliances, I had to google it. 4. All issues had to be through phone calls as there's no one on site to assist. 5. I had to tell the person on the phone that I would be asking for a refund if they didnt get someone there to help. They sent someone out after that. 6. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Location was perfect

Every thing was great

Location, kitchen, balcony (big windows with great light), the whole layout was great and made for an ideal family space!

The couch was too low and soft and only really accommodated 2 or 3. The 2nd bedroom door wouldn’t close because of the twin beds. The access to and instructions to the car park was tricky (YouTube link didn’t work)

Excellent location, close to shops, food and attractions. The apartment was clean, and very spacious for three adults. Excellent kitchen facilities. We would stay there again.

Only issue, the carpark, was a nightmare. I couldn't find the allocated car spot, from the directions which were provided, the numbering system on the car spots didn't make any sense.

It is very close to most of the main attractions and also to shops and restaurants.
