Endless pancakes for breakfast. Walking location to beach was interesting

Lack of English. Rubbish in the area and on beach. The power kept going out and no air-conditioning. The Wi-Fi was poor despite advertising as High Speed internet

We loved the upgraded king-size bedroom with double aspect floor to ceiling windows . We loved the air conditioning and we loved the swimming pool.

The reception staff who we had to order food from by WhatsApp ( there was a telephone in the room which didn't work , why was it there ? ), didn't speak very good English. It was hard to communicate in detail about things . There was a blind on the window in the bathroom which let in light from the bedroom and it was mouldy and dirty . The cleaners forgot to give us toilet paper several days in a row , they forgot to give us tea cups and top up our tea bags .
