Everything was fine except the pillows which were way too soft.

Nice location

Nice place, nice staff, room was nice with a good view and balcony. Furniture needs updating (badly chipped) but overall the price just doesn’t match the hotel, it’s way too expensive. Breakfast was poor as were the grumpy waiting staff.

It was a nice hotel, but the AC didn’t keep the room very cold and if we opened the window to get some air, it was extremely loud because the park is right there. The shower temperature also wouldn’t stay consistent, constantly switching between scalding hot and cold. The staff was great and the restaurant was amazing.

The pictures shown on expedia are not an accurate depiction of the actual rooms or hotel. The hotel was hard to find. It is located in a noisy area. There are no views and the hotel overall is not impressive. The staff does not appear friendly or courteous. Its somewhat of an economic budget friendly hotel. Not a 4 star in my opinion.

Nice hidden jewel right in the heart of Lucerne, just steps from the train station and all the city attractions

Park hotel is located very close to Chapel Bridge and to other nice restaurants. There is not much to complain about this hotel except for uncomfortable pillows. The guys at the reception were helpful. Onsite paid parking is very convenient. I would stay here again when visiting Lucerne.
