Great location ! Literally opposite Lucerne station, check in staff and reception were extreme helpful and guides you to do things around. Little noisy at times due to location and other guests in lobby area but nothing too big :?

Overall good experience with easy access to everywhere within the city centre! Will be our top choice if we are back again

I AM AMAZED. I am so thankful we met Rodman (the receptionist) - we didn't prepare the swiss vaccine certificate before we landed and Rodman went above and beyond to help us figure it out. He even called the government facilities for us and helped us expedite the system. We would really be in so much trouble if it weren't for him. THANK YOU!!!!! Hotel itself was great too! Great location right next to the train station, walking distance to everything. It was clean, all the staff were very friendly, and their room service was actually very tasty as well!

Very much enjoyed our stay at the Park Hotel. The check in was very friendly and informative, the room was modern and very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The bed was very comfortable and the room was dark. Perfect for a good nights sleep. Thank you for as great stay!

Great hotel and near everything. Staff was very helpful and the quality was high. A stone throw away from the train station which was extremely convenient. The included breakfast was great and more elaborate than your typical European cold cuts and cheese one. The staff were multilingual and extremely helpful at all times which included helping us find a cheaper place to book a COVID test for two members of our party.

The staff wasn’t that friendly, none of the sockets worked in the room.

Large room for family of 3. Very clean facilities. In the heart of downtown, 1 minute to railway station, 3 minutes to Kappellen-bruecke and downtown shopping neighborhood. Extremely kind personnel.
