MYVNLễ tân và bảo vệ thân thiện. Vị trí trung tâm nên cũng dễ dàng đi ăn, cafe bên ngoài.
Phòng có chế độ nước rất nóng ở phòng tắm, rất dễ bị bỏng nếu không biết cách sử dụng. Nên có hướng dẫn sử dụng cho khách trong phòng.

Đã ở 4 5 lần ở đây rồi , những lần trước checkin rất nhanh nhưng lần này lễ tân làm việc chậm quá , dù mình ở sảnh đợi từ 9h sáng nhưng checkin phòng vẫn trễ vài phút dù chú bảo vệ hỏi có phòng chưa cho tụi mình lên sớm , chú bảo vệ rất nhiệt tình , tới đúng 2h nhận phòng thì lễ tân lọ mọ tìm j k biết , dù mình ngồi đợi đã rất lâu , không linh động
VNPhòng ok nhưng vòi hoa sen thì tàn quá. Nóng lạnh bật bằng cách nào cũng ko có nước ấm để tắm. Đặc biệt có gương đối diện giường hơi ấy, cứ tối đi ngủ là phải lấy đồ che gương lại. Do đặt gấp nên ko check kỹ
