The Hideout Golf Club & Resort

We loved the location. It was quiet, no lights blocking the night sky. And the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. The staff was nice and very eggar to make our stay comfortable.

There was no ice bucket in the room. The mattresses need to be upgraded, they are a little old

Everything was fantastic….. the wait time on breakfast would be my only complaint, not sure why it took 45 minutes for 2 breakfast to be made and brought to the table. It wasn’t crowded, our items were straight off the menu. We will stay again, just might run into town next time before waiting that long in the breakfast, bar area.

The property itself is nice

Woke up to ants all over the bed and our luggage, blood on the light switch, the only lock on the door crumbled into pieces the first time we tried to lock the door, no batteries in remotes, dead bugs all over the window seals, the sheets were obviously very old as they were torn and frayed along the edges so hands/feet kept getting tangled in the strings. I told the front desk she really didn’t seem to care at all. She had someone go fix the tv but that was it. We had no way to lock the door and when staying with littles it’s a necessity. Over all not worth the almost $300 we paid for ONE night.

The check in was very easy and very fast. Plenty of room and the design of the cabin was nice.

Would like to have a coffee pot in the cabin. We had to leave for our event earlier than opportunity would allow us to get coffee from the restaurant. We also had younger children with us which would have made it difficult to go to the restaurant anyways
