Beautiful area. Very quiet and peaceful. Cabin door did not close properly, TV did not work, and pull out mattress on the sofa bed was stained and dirty.

"A great getaway spot we will be doing again!"

The location, in the country near Lake Brownwood, is idyllic. Morning sunrises and sunsets help create a very relaxing getaway.

The room was somewhat muggy, though nice and cool. The carpet is in need of updating and the bed was good the first night or two - by day 3 our backs were hurting. Mattresses need an upgrade.

The Hideout was a very relaxing experience. The rooms were clean and there was a beautiful view from the room. It was also really quiet, even with families playing in the pool.
