Neulpum Hotel

Great location, right across the Hanok Village. Breakfast was basic, just OK. The staff was friendly and helpful, despite the fact that none of them speaks English.

Convenient location, just opposite of the old town. Modern

It's a small hotel across Hotel Lahan, but facilities and room was very nice, made the hotel look like it is 5 star, without the 5 star charge. Hotel room itself was big. Toilet was separate for shower and toilet, but its an open model (no door separating toilet from bedroom- theres a door for the shower and bidet in the toilet). All the amentities needed are available. Our room also had a free breakfast ( I was told when i was checking in, wasn't stated on agoda booking). I didnt think the room came with breakfast, but apparently its complimentary breakie. Breakfast was basic: toast, yogurt and coffee. There's a microwave during breakfast. The lady on front desk didn't speak a lot of English, but she tried to assist us with all our questions using Papago. She also helped us book a taxi via kakao app which was awesome. Hotel is close to shops, food and main street. (5 - 10 mins walk). Also close to tourist spots ( 15 mins walk). Overall, the stay was really good and will definitely stay here when in JeonJu. Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is modern and good facilities. Only a few minutes walk from the main hanok village which made it easy to get around. My feedback would be that it would be great to have proper shower towels as only hand towel sized ones are available. Would stay here again!

Location, location, location. This hotel is directly next to the large, historic Hanok v Village. You can walk right from the hotel in less than 2 minutes. From there, you can explore a ton. Wear hanboks and take photos, enjoy local specialities like Jeonju bibimbap, etc. Hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. The rooms are really nice and modern and have little extras for you like shaving cream, lotion, toothpaste, waters, etc. The free breakfast is pretty basic (toast, juice boxes, yogurt and ramen cups), but is a nice addition. That said, the Hanok Village is filled with street food and great restaurants. You can also tour beautiful historic sites.

깨끗하고 쾌적합니다. 걸어서 남부시장, 한옥마을 갈 수 있는 거리로 딱이에요! 온돌이라 아이랑 가기 좋습니다.

아주깨끗합니다..한옥마을에서 큰도로로 나온 길에있지만 오히려 그래서 조용한것같아요. 조식도 나와서 간단하게나마 먹을수있어서 더욱좋았어요~~온수냉수 샤워기조절이 조금불편한것 말고는 조용하고 깨끗해서 넘좋았어요~ 수건은 매우 깨끗해요~그런데 베개에서 살짝냄새가. ㅠ 그것말곤 최근다닌 숙소중에선 가성비 최고였어요~~ 아이가 담에도 여기오자네요~ㅋ

프론트 직원은 친절하시고, 무료 조식 무난무난 좋았습니다. 다만 침대 시트 세탁에 문제 있고, 베개는 냄새가 너무 심해 사용하기 힘들었습니다. 위치가 전주 한옥마을이라 한옥 숙소가 대부분이고, 호텔이 적어 상대적으로 숙소비용이 비싼듯 합니다.
